"This house is perfect for our group of 12. Easy to cook, hang out and enough rooms and beds for all of us. Being right on elk lake with kayak's available was awesome! Minutes from downtown Elk Rapids and short drive to golf courses, casino and downtown TC. Host is super responsive if needed. "

"Great house for a larger group, and you can't beat the views from the back deck. The crystal clear river is perfect for wading or boating right off the deck, and there is opportunity for plenty of wildlife sightings across the river too. The living areas are nice and open, and the dining room table is big enough for everyone! The one slight downside that's not apparent in the listing is that the layout of the rooms is a little odd. The bunk room is adjacent to the main living area, and indoor access to one of the bedrooms requires a trip through it or another bedroom (outside access is an option as well). It's not necessarily a deal breaker, but it can make some sleeping situations tricky if everyone expects privacy. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to host a large group or family on a pure Michigan vacation!"

"Some confusion when searching property online prior to coming because another business was listed as having same address. Did not realize 2 long staircases to access rental & bedrooms. Had an issue with fruit flies but property managers very prompt in trying to resolve the problem. Everything very new, clean & neat! "
